Ruff´s Burger Therme Erding in Munich

The burgers are still great here! For a few weeks now I have found the service in the bistro (take-away) to be incredibly unfriendly. I have the feeling that as a customer you get on my nerves

Always tasty whichever Ruffs you go to. Make sure you share a fries as in combination with a burger there is always too much left over.

Extremely rude staff (the lady). I live right around the corner but if you bluff your customers like that then I will definitely not go here anymore.

Good tasty beef burger place.

Outrageously disappointed. In a world where the restaurant business is so competitive, it is amazing that a business could think they could get away with hiring such rude staff. Save yourself some pain and avoid visiting the restaurant on Friday evenings in order to avoid the blonde lady on duty then. Frankly skipping dinner would prove to be more pleasant choice. Such a shame because they've lost our household's regular weekly orders.

You will not be disappointed. Go for it.

Clean place. Nice personel. The fries were very tasty and, for me personally, salted just right. The facility doesn't knock me off my feet now, there is still a lot to be gained from in my opinion.

Cool location and nice service. We have eaten several times and have always been satisfied. It's very clean and the food comes very quickly. Unfortunately the burgers are really small. You have to order french fries to get full. The sauces are really great and the homemade lemonade is good. I ate the vegetarian burger. The patty consists almost exclusively of fresh vegetables and the 2 different sauces in the burger also go well with it.

Service super friendly and very hardworking! Unfortunately the burgers aren't that good. The patties are not as juicy / disintegrating as I know from other restaurants and the buns are also rather dry. And the fries don't taste the way you want them to. Also a bit dry, unfortunately.

Great burgers, juicy meat in a great quality, homemade lemonade and, last but not least, super friendly and attentive service. Even the fries are delicious. Ruff's Burger is always well attended.

Super friendly staff and amazing food. A good variety of burgers and many great fries. The food and drinks were served very quickly. Absolutely recommended!

Reserved Saturday evening at 8 p.m. 10 minutes after ordering we had the food on the table. The food was very tasty. The burger buns were particularly fluffy in contrast to other restaurants. The waitresses were always nice and the drinks were also quickly on the table. Will definitely eat here more often.

It used to be a great burger place but the last time I went I can't say so. The waitress seemed very annoyed. She forgot our fries and reacted very rude when we had to tell her that we're still missing for our fries. On top of that: The waitress had her mask below her nose. Please wear your mask properly. It also goes above your nose.

It was my first dinner in Germany and it was in this very simple restaurant The experience is wonderful, the burgers are delicious and there is no smell of zesty meat The place is small, but the spirit of the staff is nice We ordered 3 classic beef burger and two kinds of fries The restaurant is beautiful I would recommend

The service was unfortunately unfriendly. Unfortunately the food did not meet our expectations. After the burger with bacon was brought to us even though it was ordered without it, it was only removed instead of the burger being redone. The Chrispy chicken burger could not be eaten because the meat was too hard on the inside when the staff gave a cheeky answer like "It's chrispy too" then I told them that it had to be crispy on the outside and not hard on the inside. No insight, rude and zero goodwill. Load worst burger

The staff was very friendly to us. We ordered one meat burger and one veggie + fries. The meat burger and the fries tasted good. The veggie, on the other hand, was not what I was hoping for.

The garlic fries are awesome and the BBQ burger delicious. The bun was a bit wobbly. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff tried very hard.

You rarely meet a waiter like the one who served outside on the evening of September 4th ?????? We had a great evening and would love to come back ?

Spontaneously get a place with no time limit (is almost no longer possible these days). Very friendly staff and the food was very good. The selection of fries is great!

Delicious burgers with cool fries for all tastes with anfair price for the excellent quality.

Very tasty burgers, although I can only judge the vegetarian version. In addition, delicious French fries and an official coleslaw. That's how it belongs!

Unfortunately we had to wait for our table despite our reservation, as no table was kept free for us. Our burgers were swapped and we both had 2 bites before we noticed. Unfortunately we had to wait 20 minutes for our bill. The burgers themselves were ok. Otherwise service was quite friendly. Unfortunately only 2 stars.

It's a great burger joint, social distancing seating (1m) outside available. Cheeseburger is always a win, very juicy, the BBQ burger is super smokey in flavor, crispy fat chips are awesome.

Food was delicious and service was very friendly. I had the Ruff's burger with the meat medium fried - just the way I wanted it. Unfortunately, the two service staff were too few for the number of guests, so we had to wait a long time for our food and drinks. It's a shame, because you can expect a lot of guests to come on Friday evening. Hence 4 stars.

Everything was actually great, just a shame that they were completely understaffed. A little more staff would do well. But they were in a great mood for that. hats off

Burger tasted good but Take away takes too much long time......

Their chicken burger is not up to the mark.

Appetizer: great Hamburger: really really tasty (and I often eat hamburger) I had the Chicken Clubhouse Fries: with bacon and chesse, .mega delicious! Dessert: ordered despite the feeling of satiety because everything was delicious and the brownies are great too !! Can only be recommended! For people / couples who like to eat burgers, this is the perfect place to go * - *

Good veggie burger and very friendly service.

The vegetarian choices are kinda mediocre. But what I heard from my friends the beef is good.

Great burgers and fires. You can have the standard or go for more fancy rations like truffle-burger patties and chilli cheese fires. Beef was on point for my taste. Slightly burned on the outside and light pink on the inside, also not too fatty. Only thing I missed was a milkshake to round things up. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a good burger. Not exactly my thing but they also offer a vegan burger option.

The burgers are good, they got my order mixed up but it was a little loud and with masks on, it is possible she didn't hear me well. Other than that nice place to grab a bite with some friends.

Great burgers, the selection is huge, the ingredients very fresh. The minced meat tastes good. Delicious selection of drinks. Good location in Schwabing. The employees are trained and friendly. Reservation is recommended.

Undercooked but still amazing taste

One of my preferred burger chains in Munich. The fries are really good and the burgers are also tasty. It comes down to personal preference, but this one is great. The service is also friendly and quick

While the food is amazing, the size of the burgers isn't. It's comparable with the size of a McDonald's Burger for triple the price. Is the taste worth the price? Probably yes, but you might as well order two burgers if you're feeling hungry.

The burgers are really nice but the fries are amazing. Not the place to go if you're on a diet!

I was quite hyped to try this place for a long time, unfortunately, I was disappointed by their burgers. We ordered a couple of burgers for takeaway. The packaging was nice and clean, kudos for that. The burger was not very tasty, I’m not a huge fan of having a bunch of sauce in the burger, but the meat was also pretty lacking in flavour, resulting in a not so good experience. It was edible, it wasn’t expensive, there were a few clients waiting and this was during the 2020 pandemic, I’ll give them the benefit of doubt and try them again once they fully reopen.

ruffs has made a name in munich over years now. they got stable selection of burgers with stable quality..their pommes could be a tick better..

Excellent burgers and not too pricey.

This place serves up a really REALLY great burger! If you're thinking about going, just go, trust me.
